All returns should include Name, Copy of Packing List and Return Authorization Number (RA).
The return shipping will be at the customers expense with no reimbursement. No returns will be accepted withourt an RA#.
Many products carry an extended warranty. Check the products copy block in the online description for extended warranty information. Some products come with one year, five year, or 10 year warranties.
Each product comes with a warranty statement containing the terms of the warranty. The name and address of the Customer Service Dept. is on this statement, along with procedure to be followed. Please be careful to keep this warranty slip as you will need it to receive warranty service. Some products have the warranty printed on the box the product is packaged in. If there is no warranty slip enclosed there is no warranty.
Shipping
We ship to the USA only at the present time.
We ship by Ground UPS, and Truck depending on weight size and destination. We always use the best and fastest way to ship your orders.
Orders received before 11:00AM Central Time will probably be shipped the same day. Orders received on Monday often will not ship until Tuesday because of the heavy schedule on Mondays.
All orders must have a Physical Address as UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box.
HANDLING CHARGE All orders under 25.00 are subject to a $4.00 handling charge.
